StackBooster, a startup focused on cloud infrastructure and application optimization, has raised $100,000 in funding from ZAS Ventures. The capital will be used to expand the company’s product offerings and refine its sales processes with measurable ROI.

Founded by serial entrepreneur Alex Sharabudinov and AWS cloud specialist Volodymyr Lebedev, StackBooster emerged from the YEP accelerator. The company addresses inefficiencies in cloud resource usage, offering an AI-driven platform that can cut cloud costs by up to 80%. Its proprietary machine learning system manages real-time resource allocation, automating both vertical and horizontal scaling while minimizing downtime.

The startup already works closely with Amazon Web Services and is forming partnerships with other leading cloud providers. ZAS Ventures, which only invests in companies after a thorough vetting process, chose StackBooster after more than a year of collaboration.

“StackBooster’s intelligent AI for Kubernetes enables real-time optimization, predictive scaling, and resilient operations,” said Andriy Zinchuk, co-founder of ZAS Ventures. “It allows engineering teams to innovate quickly while cutting costs and environmental impact. We are proud to support their mission to transform cloud operations globally.”

Currently, StackBooster serves multiple clients, including AI Mentor Lana, HeyLink.me, RebelBots, Effie Ukraine, KodeLink, and AsTime, and is working with major telecom and document management systems.

“Investors are partners who help us grow,” said Sharabudinov. “This funding is a bridge as we prepare for a $2 million seed round this fall.”

To date, StackBooster has raised $230,000, including contributions from ZAS Ventures and angel investors such as Volodymyr Lebedev, who later joined as co-founder.
