The President appointed Ukraine’s Ambassador to Italy

President Volodymyr Zelenskyy appointed Ihor Brusylо as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Italian Republic.

This is stated in Decree No. 217/2026.

“To appoint Ihor Mykolayovych Brusylо as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the Italian Republic,” the document reads.

Under Decree No. 216/2026, Brusylо was dismissed from the post of Deputy Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine.

Ukrainian diplomat Ihor Brusylо had served as Deputy Head of the Presidential Office since March 17, 2021.
