In the industrial park “InPark Boryslav” in the Lviv region, construction of a new furniture factory has reached the final stage.
This was reported by Member of Parliament and Deputy Chair of the Economic Committee of the Verkhovna Rada, Dmytro Kysylevskyi.
The client for the construction is AMF, a company that already operates similar production facilities in the city of Dnipro. The investment in this project alone will exceed $10 million. Currently, the installation of sandwich panels and roof structures for the first phase of the 10,000 sq. m. building is being completed. The total area of the future factory will be 24,000 sq. m. Engineering networks have already been connected on the site, floor pouring and window installation are ongoing. The ceiling height in the production area will be 6 meters, and in the warehouse sections – 12 meters.

Completion of construction is planned for the summer of 2026. Once fully operational, the factory is expected to employ about 800 workers.
Additionally, in 2026, construction of another production and warehouse complex of 12,000 sq. m., designed for small and medium-sized businesses, is planned within the industrial park. Negotiations with potential residents are currently ongoing. The management company has already offered premises at a price starting from $420 per square meter.
The industrial park “InPark Boryslav” covers 20 hectares. It has a medium-pressure gas supply, centralized water supply and drainage, and a nearby 5 MW power substation. Workers are expected to commute from settlements within the Boryslav-Drohobych agglomeration, which has a population of approximately 110,000 people.
Art Metal Furniture (AMF) is the largest office furniture manufacturer in Ukraine, according to the company’s website. Founded in 1994, it unites four production facilities that manufacture furniture and components. The company also operates three of its own warehouse complexes in Ukraine, located in Kyiv, Dnipro, and Lviv. Its distribution network spans 36 countries worldwide.
The company’s production complex provides a full and continuous cycle of furniture creation and assembly, from raw materials to finished products. More than 400 employees work at the production sites, while the distribution office employs approximately 250 people. The company’s capacities allow for the production of over 1 million chairs per year.
