Russian forces struck an energy facility in the Odessa region, leaving settlements in three territorial communities partially without power.
This was reported on Telegram by Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional State Administration.
“During the night, the enemy carried out another cynical strike on the energy infrastructure of the Odessa region. In the southern part of the region, damage to an energy facility was recorded and a fire broke out. An administrative building was also damaged. At present, there have been no reports of casualties,” he said.
Kiper added that the strike caused partial power outages in settlements across three communities in the region. Critical infrastructure facilities have been switched to backup power supplied by generators.
Emergency response efforts are ongoing, and power supply restoration is underway.
