President Volodymyr Zelensky has appointed Serhiy Lysak as the head of the Odesa City Military Administration.

The corresponding presidential decree No. 119/2025-рп has been published on the official website of the President of Ukraine.

“Appoint Serhiy Petrovych Lysak as the head of the Odesa City Military Administration of Odesa District, Odessa region,” the document states.

Earlier, in a statement on October 14, President Zelensky confirmed that a city military administration would be established in Odessa. Previously, Serhiy Lysak headed the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

Instead of Lysak, his first deputy will take over leadership of Dnipropetrovsk region.

The Presidential Office website also includes a decree appointing Vladyslav Haivanenko as the acting head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration.
