Russian forces continued attacks across multiple Ukrainian regions over the past day, leaving civilians injured and causing damage to residential buildings, infrastructure, and agricultural facilities, according to regional authorities.

Four people were injured in Kherson region as a result of Russian attacks, regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin said.

Dozens of settlements, including Beryslav, Antonivka, Stanislav, Bilozerka, and Kherson city, came under drone strikes, air attacks, and artillery fire. Authorities reported damage to an apartment building, two private homes, and a shop.

Dnipropetrovsk region. Russian forces carried out nearly 30 strikes using drones and artillery in the Nikopol and Kryvyi Rih districts, said regional governor Oleksandr Hanzha.

In the Nikopol district, several communities — including Nikopol, Marhanets, and Pokrovske — were hit. Private homes and outbuildings were damaged. A man was injured and hospitalized in moderate condition.

In the Kryvyi Rih district, strikes hit Kryvyi Rih city and the Zelenodolsk community, sparking a fire and damaging infrastructure, residential buildings, and a truck.

A separate drone strike on infrastructure in Kryvyi Rih killed a 40-year-old man and injured five others.

“The enemy carried out several strikes. Infrastructure was damaged. A 40-year-old man was killed, and five men aged 31, 32, 41, 45, and 57 were injured,” Hanzha said.

Three settlements in Kharkiv region came under attack, according to regional governor Oleh Syniehubov.

Russian forces used four guided aerial bombs, a “Molniya” drone, and an FPV drone. In the village of Odnorobivka (Bohodukhiv district), a private house and two outbuildings were damaged.

Russian drones struck agricultural enterprises and residential areas in Chernihiv region, causing fires, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service reported.

Overnight, drones hit two agricultural facilities in the Novhorod-Siverskyi district, setting grain storage warehouses on fire. In another attack in the Chernihiv district, homes and outbuildings caught fire after strikes on a residential area.

Firefighters worked to extinguish the blazes, though operations were repeatedly interrupted due to the threat of repeated attacks. No casualties were reported.

On the morning of April 28, Russian drones attacked the city of Konotop in Sumy region, mayor Artem Semenikhin said.

Residential buildings, administrative facilities, and a central district hospital were damaged, along with the tram network. Public transport in the city was temporarily suspended.

Russian forces also attacked Mykolaiv region with drones over the past day, regional governor Vitalii Kim reported. In Mykolaiv city, a 60-year-old man sought medical assistance after a “Shahed”-type drone strike. He sustained light injuries and will continue outpatient treatment.

Authorities also confirmed damage to residential property and a vehicle. Separately, an FPV drone struck the Ochakiv community in Mykolaiv district. No casualties were reported.
