Sumy region

Between the morning of October 13 and the morning of October 14, Russian forces carried out nearly 110 strikes on 37 settlements across 15 territorial communities in the Sumy region. According to the Sumy Regional Military Administration, the heaviest attacks occurred in the Sumy and Shostka districts.

The Russian forces launched around 10 air strikes with guided bombs and conducted 30 shelling attacks using multiple launch rocket systems (MLRS). Russian troops also targeted the region with FPV drones and other types of UAVs.

Kherson region

In the Kherson region, 8 people were injured over the past 24 hours as a result of Russian aggression.

According to regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin, Kherson, Antonivka, Molodizhne, Sadove, Zymivnyk, Yantarne, Prydniprovske, Bilozerka, Stanislav, Sofiivka, Shyroka Balka, Kizomys, Romashkove, Novodmytrivka, Ivanivka, Mykilske, Novotiagynka, Tokarivka, Beryslav, Dudchany, Osokorivka, Novovorontsovka, Mykhailivka, Mylove, Novokairy, Burgunka, Lviv, NovoBeryslav, Novooleksandrivka, Odradokamyanka, Olhivka, Chervonyi Mayak, and Kozatske came under drone and artillery attacks.

11 apartment buildings and 24 private houses were damaged, along with an educational facility, a botanical garden, an administrative building, a store, a garage, and several private vehicles.

Prokudin noted that eight people were injured due to the Russian attacks. He added that five civilians were evacuated yesterday from liberated communities.

Kharkiv region

Over the past 24 hours, Russian armed forces struck Kharkiv and 8 other settlements in the region, according to the head of the regional military administration, Oleh Syniehubov.

"As a result of the shelling, 62 people were injured. In Kharkiv, the injured include men aged 79 and 68, women aged 75, 73, 44, 69, and 74; additionally, 50 hospital patients experienced acute stress reactions. In Kupiansk, the injured include women aged 78, 58, and 71, and men aged 57 and 72," Syniehubov wrote on his Telegram channel.

He added that all electricity consumers who had lost power due to the Russian shelling in Kharkiv have now had their power restored.

Zaporizhzhia region

Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces carried out 532 strikes on 14 settlements in Zaporizhzhia region, according to the head of the regional military administration, Ivan Fedorov.

In the Polohy district, two people were killed when a drone struck a civilian vehicle. Additionally, there were four rocket artillery strikes and 210 artillery hits recorded in Plavni, Stepove, Prymorske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Malynivka, Novodanylivka, Mala Tokmachka, Novoandriivka, Charivne, and Bilohirya.

“A total of 27 reports of damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure facilities have been received,” the head of the regional military administration summarized.

Kirovohrad region

On the night of October 14, Russian forces attacked critical infrastructure facilities in the Dolynska and Novoprazka communities of the Kirovohrad region.

According to the head of the Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration, Andriy Raikovych,

“Preliminary data indicate no casualties. Several buildings were damaged, and five settlements remain without electricity. Fires at the affected facilities have been extinguished.”

The State Emergency Service of Ukraine reported that all fire sources have been contained. 

Dnipropetrovsk region

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, two men were injured on the evening of October 13 as a result of Russian airstrikes.

According to Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration head Serhii Lysak

“In the evening, the enemy used guided aerial bombs (GABs) against the Pokrovska community in the Synelnykove district.”

The victims are two men aged 26 and 32. Infrastructure facilities sustained damage. Lysak also informed that “the aggressor attacked the Nikopol area with FPV drones, hitting the district center and the Pokrovska community.” No civilian casualties were reported, though a private house was damaged.

Donetsk region

On October 13, Russian forces killed two civilians and injured five others in the Donetsk region.

According to regional governor Vadym Filashkin, two people were killed in Kostiantynivka, and five more residents across Donetsk region sustained injuries.

Filashkin emphasized that the total number of casualties in the region — 3,686 killed and 8,319 injured — does not include data from Mariupol and Volnovakha.
