Death toll from Russian missile strike near Sumy rises to three.
Acting mayor of Sumy, Artem Kobzar, reported that three people have now died as a result of the Russian missile strike on the city’s outskirts: a 21-year-old woman was killed at the scene, while a man and a young boy later died in hospital. Earlier, he said one person had been killed and seven injured, including six children.
The Russian army struck civilian infrastructure near Sumy at around 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, likely using a ballistic missile.
