Over the past 24 hours, multiple regions of Ukraine have been struck by Russian missile, drone, and artillery attacks, resulting in casualties and significant damage to homes, public buildings, and critical infrastructure.
In Chernihiv region, Russian forces shelled settlements 38 times, producing 68 explosions, according to Vyacheslav Chaus, Head of the Chernihiv Regional Military Administration. The attacks have continued across the entire region, including Snovshchyna, where a residential house caught fire after a strike by a Geran-2 drone, injuring the 26-year-old homeowner. A utility building and equipment, including a tractor and a truck, were also damaged. In Snovsk, transport and utility infrastructure were hit, while a “Molniya” missile struck a library in the Koryukivka community, and shelling in Semenivka damaged a private home. An FPV drone also hit a communication facility near the border. Firefighters responded to all affected sites.
In Kherson region, multiple rocket launcher strikes hit the central part of the region and the Korabelnyi district, injuring eight women. Residential buildings, shops, and food establishments were damaged, with some victims rescued from rubble. Five of the injured received outpatient care, while three remained hospitalized. Overall, over the past day, one person was killed and 18 others injured, as Russian attacks damaged 16 apartment buildings, 67 private houses, a church, a shop, a warehouse, an outbuilding, a gas pipeline, a garage, and a car. Settlements affected included Antonivka, Komyshany, Sadove, Zelenivka, Novodmytrivka, Prydniprovske, Bilozirka, Stanislav, Chornobaivka, Kizomys, Novotiahynka, Ponyativka, Tokarivka, Mylove, Dudchany, Novokairy, Burgunka, Zolota Balka, Kachkarivka, Mykolaivka, Mykhailivka, Sablukivka, Vesele, and the city of Kherson.
In Lviv, a series of explosions was reported overnight. Air raid alerts were issued for the Lvivskyi and Sheptytskyi districts. Mayor Andriy Sadovyi and Maksym Kozytskyi, Head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration, confirmed that Russian drones attempted to strike critical infrastructure but were destroyed by air defenses. Preliminary reports indicate no casualties, and relevant services are working on site.
In Kharkiv region, Russian attacks targeted seven settlements using drones and guided bombs. A 38-year-old man was injured in Dubivka, Derhachi community. Additional damage occurred across Bohodukhivskyi, Iziumskyi, and Chuhuivskyi districts, affecting power lines, railway infrastructure, and residential buildings.
In Donetsk region, two residents of Kindrativka were killed and three others injured, according to Vadym Filashkin, Head of the Donetsk Regional Military Administration. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, Russian attacks have killed 4,012 people and wounded 8,864 in Donetsk region, excluding Mariupol and Volnovakha.
In Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian forces struck two districts overnight, injuring a 10-year-old boy in the Dnipro district. Three private houses were damaged, and heavy artillery strikes hit the Nikopol district, with no reported injuries.
In Zaporizhzhia region, Russian forces carried out 577 attacks on 30 settlements, leaving one person dead and eight injured in Zaporizhzhia and Polohy districts, according to Ivan Fedorov, Head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration. The attacks included 24 airstrikes, 297 drone strikes (mostly FPV), three MLRS strikes, and 253 artillery strikes. Authorities received 67 reports of damage to homes, vehicles, and infrastructure, affecting towns including Zhovti Kruchi, Yurkivka, Zaliznychne, Dolynka, Charyvne, Huliaipilskyi, Novosoloshyne, Liubyske, Barvinivka, Vozdvyzhivka, Shyroke, and Verkhni Tersa, among others.
