On the morning of October 14, Russian forces attacked four vehicles of a UN humanitarian mission in the Bilozerka community of Kherson region using drones and artillery.

The head of the Kherson Regional Military Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported on Telegram:

“Russia has once again shown its true and disgusting face by targeting a humanitarian mission in Kherson region. In the morning, in Bilozerka, the Russian forces deliberately struck UN humanitarian trucks with drones and artillery. These four white vehicles were clearly marked — not military equipment, but trucks delivering aid to people.”

According to Prokudin, one truck was completely destroyed by fire, another was seriously damaged, and two managed to escape the attack. Miraculously, no one was injured.

“Today, the ‘second army of the world’ destroyed several tons of humanitarian aid. Terrorists — nothing more to say here,” the regional head emphasized.
