Russian forces intensified attacks across several regions of Ukraine over the past 24 hours, launching hundreds of strikes on civilian settlements and infrastructure. Casualties were reported in Zaporizhzhia, Kherson, and Dnipropetrovsk regions, while widespread damage was recorded elsewhere.
Zaporizhzhia Region
In the Zaporizhzhia region, Russian forces carried out 448 strikes on 34 settlements, according to Ivan Fedorov, head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration. A six-year-old child was injured during an attack on the Zaporizhzhia district.
The Russian forces launched 20 airstrikes on multiple settlements, including Malokaterynivka, Kushuhum, Orikhiv, Huliaipilske, and Dolynka. In addition, 218 UAVs—mostly FPV drones—targeted towns such as Stepnohirsk, Pavlivka, Huliaipole, Mala Tokmachka, and Bilohiria.
Russian forces also conducted four multiple-launch rocket system (MLRS) strikes and 206 artillery attacks across the region. Authorities recorded 89 reports of damage to residential buildings, vehicles, and infrastructure facilities.
Kharkiv Region
Seven settlements in the Kharkiv region came under Russian fire over the past day, according to Oleh Syniehubov, head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration. No casualties were reported.
The region was attacked with four guided aerial bombs (GABs), five Geran-2 drones, and two FPV drones. Damage was recorded to a cultural center in Dovzhyk, power lines in Oskil, a civilian enterprise in Dvorichnyi Kut, and a recreation center in Bulatselivka.
Syniehubov also reported that the transit evacuation center in Lozova received 172 people in the past 24 hours. Since its opening, the center has registered 19,636 evacuees.
Kherson Region
In the Kherson region, five people were injured as a result of Russian drone attacks, airstrikes, and artillery shelling, according to Oleksandr Prokudin, head of the Kherson Regional State Administration.
More than 20 settlements, including Kherson, Beryslav, Antonivka, Kozatske, and Novokairy, were affected. Seven apartment buildings, 11 private homes, a private enterprise, a minibus, and other vehicles sustained damage.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
In the Synelnykove district of Dnipropetrovsk region, Russian forces struck the Pokrovske and Mezhova communities. An airstrike completely destroyed a private home, and rescuers recovered the body of a 61-year-old man from beneath the rubble. Another attack caused a fire in a separate residential building, which was quickly extinguished by firefighters.
In the Nikopol district, including Nikopol and surrounding communities such as Myrivska, Marhanetska, and Chervonohryhorivska, shelling damaged private homes, civilian infrastructure, and vehicles. No injuries were reported there.
