Odessa region

“The enemy once again attacked the civilian infrastructure of the Odessa region with Shaheds,” Kiper noted.
According to him, “despite the active work of air defense forces, a hit on the territory of a civilian industrial facility was recorded. A fire broke out at the site and was promptly extinguished by State Emergency Service personnel.”
There were no casualties or significant damage, the head of the administration added.
Zaporizhzhia region
Over the past day, Russian forces carried out 762 strikes on 17 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region, killing one person and injuring 11 others, as reported by the head of the Zaporizhzhia Regional Military Administration, Ivan Fedorov
One person was killed and another eleven were injured as a result of Russian attacks on Zaporizhzhia and the Zaporizhzhia district.
Russian troops conducted six airstrikes on Rozumivka, Orikhiv, Zaliznychne, Solodke, Uspenivka, and Poltavka. A total of 517 UAVs of various types (mostly FPV drones) attacked Zaporizhzhia, Malokaterynivka, Chervonodniprovka, Ternuvate, Prymorske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne. Two MLRS attacks targeted Malynivka and Poltavka, Fedorov noted.
The Russian forces also launched 233 artillery strikes on Chervonodniprovka, Prymorske, Huliaipole, Shcherbaky, Novodanilivka, Mala Tokmachka, and Charivne.
There were 240 reports of destroyed houses, apartments, vehicles, and infrastructure facilities, the head of the regional administration added.
Kherson region
In the Kherson region, one person was killed and three others were injured over the past day as a result of Russian aggression, the head of the Regional State Administration, Oleksandr Prokudin, announced this.
According to him, Kherson, Antonivka, Prydniprovske, Bilozerka, Yantarne, Veletenske, Kizomys, Dniprovske, Rozlyv, Ivanivka, Mykilske, Stanislav, Oleksandrivka, Sofiivka, Shyroka Balka, Beryslav, Zmiivka, Bila Krynytsia, Burhunka, Novoraisk, Kostyrka, Zolota Balka, Mykhailivka, Osokorivka, Vysoke, Respublikanets, and Vesele came under drone attacks, airstrikes, and artillery fire.
An apartment building, two private houses, a utility structure, and several private vehicles were damaged.
As a result of Russian aggression, one person was killed and three others were injured.
Kharkiv region
During the night, Russian forces attacked Kharkiv with strike drones, resulting in casualties.
In the Novobavarskyi district, fires and damage occurred at one facility, and in the Shevchenkivskyi district, a car caught fire. Additionally, private houses, warehouse buildings, garages, and cars were damaged.
According to preliminary information, 4 people were injured.

Donetsk region
Over the past day, October 5, Russian fores injured 3 residents of the Donetsk region, acording to the head of the Donetsk Regional State Administration, Vadym Filashkin.
Filashkin added that the total number of victims of Russian aggression in the Donetsk region — 3,671 killed and 8,274 injured — does not include data from Mariupol and Volnovakha.
Dnipropetrovsk region
In the Dnipropetrovsk region, the Russian army attacked Nikopol and the Synelnykove district with drones, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, announced this.
According to him, the Russian army attacked Nikopol with FPV drones. In the Synelnykove district, the Pokrovske community came under a UAV attack. A private house caught fire.

Chernihiv region
In the Chernihiv region, Russian forces attacked an energy facility during the night of October 6, causing power outages. This was announced on Telegram by Chernihivoblenergo.
“During the night, the enemy shelled the Ichnia area. Unfortunately, we have another hit on an energy facility,” the statement said.
Energy workers have already begun restoration efforts, though the work will proceed in accordance with the security situation.
Kyiv region
In the Kyiv region, a nighttime attack by Russian strike drones destroyed and damaged several trucks, as reported the head of the Kyiv Regional State Administration, Mykola Kalashnyk.
“During the night, the enemy once again attacked the Kyiv region with strike drones. Ordinary peaceful settlements came under attack. Air defense forces were active in the area, and several enemy targets were shot down. There were no civilian casualties,” the head of the administration stated.
No residential infrastructure was hit.
In the Fastiv district, a fire broke out on the premises of an inactive enterprise, where a truck with a fuel tank caught fire and was destroyed. Four other trucks were damaged. The fire has been extinguished.
