The number of people injured as a result of a Russian drone strike on a DTEK miners’ bus in the city of Ternivka, Pavlohrad district of the Dnipropetrovsk region, has risen to 16. Nine of the wounded are in critical condition. At least 12 mine workers have been killed.
This was announced on Facebook by the DTEK Group.
“We are providing all necessary assistance,” the statement said.
According to Nataliia Yemchenko, Chair of the Supervisory Board of the NGO “Heart of Azovstal” and Director of Communications at SCM, at least 12 mine workers were killed.
“We are not naming the victims yet, so that relatives do not learn about the tragedy from the media or social networks. This is a huge tragedy for us, a black day,” she emphasized on Facebook.
