A World Health Organization (WHO) warehouse in Chornomorsk, Odessa region, was damaged during another Russian attack.
No staff were present at the site at the time of the strike, and no one was injured, WHO Ukraine reported.
According to the organisation’s preliminary assessment, temperature-controlled facilities used to store medical supplies were damaged. The extent of the damage is currently being assessed.
WHO Ukraine noted that this was the fourth time one of its warehouses had been damaged in the past three months. According to the organisation, it was also the 21st attack on medical supply storage facilities in Ukraine in 2026. However, WHO did not identify Russia as responsible for the attacks in its statement.
“WHO Ukraine continues to adapt logistics solutions for the delivery of medical supplies to minimise losses and ensure the uninterrupted provision of humanitarian health assistance, while calling for the protection of vital medical supplies needed to meet the needs of vulnerable populations,” the organisation said.
