Over the past day, April 12, 107 combat engagements between Ukraine’s Defense Forces and Russian forces were recorded on the front line. Since the announcement of the ceasefire, 10,721 violations by Russian forces have been documented.
This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook as of 08:00 on Monday, April 13.
“Overall, since the ceasefire was declared, no missile or air strikes, or kamikaze drone strikes have been recorded. However, Russian forces carried out 1,567 artillery shellings of Defense Forces’ positions, conducted 119 assault actions, and launched 9,035 kamikaze drone strikes (including 2,205 of the ‘Italmas,’ ‘Lancet,’ and ‘Molniya’ types, and 6,830 FPV drones),” the statement said.
According to the General Staff, Russian forces deployed 7,702 kamikaze drones and carried out 1,202 shellings, including 20 using multiple launch rocket systems.
On the North Slobozhanskyi and Kursk directions, Russian forces carried out 20 shellings of Ukrainian positions and settlements over the past day, with one assault action recorded.
On the South Slobozhanskyi direction, Russian forces attempted 11 times to break through Ukrainian defensive lines near Synelnykove, Starytsia, Izbytske, Vovchansk, Lyman, and Tsehelne.
On the Kupiansk direction, Russian forces launched three attacks near Petropavlivka, Podoly, and toward Zahryzove.
On the Lyman direction, Russian forces made five attempts to penetrate Ukrainian defenses, attacking toward Lyman.
On the Sloviansk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled six attempts by Russian forces to advance toward Rai-Oleksandrivka, Ozerne, Kalenyky, and Riznykivka.
On the Kramatorsk direction, Russian forces attacked once toward Markove.
On the Kostiantynivka direction, Russian forces carried out 15 attacks near Kostiantynivka, Pleshchiivka, Illinivka, Novopavlivka, Kucheriv Yar, and Sofiivka.
On the Pokrovsk direction, Ukrainian defenders repelled 28 assault actions by Russian forces near Bilytske, Rodynske, Myrnohrad, Zatyshok, Hryshyne, Pokrovsk, Udachne, Molodetske, Muravka, and Novopavlivka.
On the Oleksandrivka direction, according to updated information, Russian forces attacked five times near Oleksandrohrad and toward Zelenyi Hai, Sichneve, Kalynivske, and Verbove.
On the Huliaipole direction, 12 attacks by Russian forces were recorded near Zaliznychne, Varvarivka, Huliaipilske, Staroukrainka, and Myrne.
On the Orikhiv direction, Russian forces did not conduct assault operations.
On the Prydniprovske direction, no attempts by Russian forces to improve their positions were recorded.
On the Volyn and Polissia directions, no signs of the formation of offensive groupings by Russian forces were detected.
Overall, since the ceasefire was declared, no missile, air, or Shahed/Gerbera-type kamikaze drone strikes have been recorded. However, Russian forces carried out 1,567 artillery shellings, conducted 119 assault actions, and launched 9,035 kamikaze drone strikes (including 2,205 Italmas, Lancet, and Molniya drones, and 6,830 FPV drones).
In total, 10,721 ceasefire violations by Russian forces have been recorded since it was announced.
Ukrainian defenders continue to effectively resist along all sections of the front.
Over the past day, Russian losses amounted to 960 personnel. Ukrainian forces also destroyed two tanks, two armored combat vehicles, 44 artillery systems, one multiple launch rocket system, one air defense system, 1,528 unmanned aerial vehicles, 185 vehicles, and two units of special equipment.
