At the end of September, PrivatBank plans to put the Dnipro-Arena (Metalurh Stadium) and the football training base in Dnipro up for sale via the Prozorro.Sales platform, the bank’s press service reported.

The decision is part of PrivatBank’s approved Strategy and Operational Plan for managing non-performing assets, which was endorsed by the Supervisory Board of JSC CB PrivatBank. Dnipro-Arena, located at 7 Khersonska Street, is a European-class stadium with a capacity of 31,003 spectators.

Reconstructed and reopened in 2008, the stadium features a 105×68 m pitch, locker rooms, warm-up halls, a gym, coaches’ rooms, media and referees’ facilities, a 296-seat VIP box, and a restaurant accommodating 550 guests. The pitch is equipped with a heating system, automatic irrigation, and lighting for evening matches. Parking is available for athletes, staff, and spectators.

 

 

The football training base, situated in the forest-park area of the Prydniprovsk neighborhood was originally built in 1971 and renovated in 2010. It includes three artificial and four natural grass fields, an indoor arena with 506 seats, a residential complex for players, and two office-residential buildings. Facilities also feature a medical-rehabilitation center, conference hall, coaches’ meeting room, swimming pool, gym, sauna, and showers.
