More than 10 Russian drones crossed the Polish border during Ukraine strike, on September 10, at around 1:13 am. The Operational Command of the Polish Armed Forces has said it shot down some UAVs that violated the country's airspace.

"As a result of today's attack by the Russian Federation on the territory of Ukraine, an unprecedented violation of Polish airspace by drone-type objects occurred. This is an act of aggression that created a real threat to the security of our citizens."

Official message by the Polish Command.

"Polish and allied surveillance means tracked more than a dozen objects using radar, and as for those that could pose a threat, the commander of the Operational Command of the Armed Forces made a decision to neutralize them. Some of the drones that invaded our airspace were shot down. The search and localization of the possible crash sites of these objects is ongoing."

Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk has informed NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte about the night-time drone incursion into the country's airspace.

"I informed the NATO Secretary General about the current situation and the actions we have taken against the objects that violated our airspace. We are in constant contact."

Tusk wrote on the X platform.
