Pilots of the “Phoenix” unit of the State Border Guard Service filmed and released footage showing what they described as a real hell in Kostiantynivka, Donetsk region — the shelling of the city with phosphorus munitions.
The State Border Guard Service published the video.
“Civilians are still present in the city. Despite this, the enemy mercilessly struck the civilian population with phosphorus — a prohibited substance that causes severe health consequences,” the statement said.
The pilots of the Phoenix border unit reportedly captured this alleged Russian war crime in Kostiantynivka by chance.
