In Odessa, as a result of a Russian drone attack on the night of February 17, facilities of the water supply and heating systems were left without power.

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky reported this on Telegram.

“In Odessa, tens of thousands of people are without heating and water supply after the drone strike. All necessary services are working to provide assistance,” the statement says.

Infoksvodokanal, for its part, reported that due to the Russian attack, water supply system facilities were de-energized.

“Consumers in the Kyivskyi district and part of the Khadzhibeyskyi district of the city of Odessa, as well as the villages of Lymanka and Chervonyi Khutir, the Raiduzhnyi residential area, Sovinion 1–5 residential area, Chornomorka residential area, and the Tairovo housing and utilities enterprise remain without water supply,” the statement reads.

The company added that reduced water pressure and lack of water supply on upper floors may also be observed for some consumers in the Khadzhibeyskyi and Prymorskyi districts of the city.

The city authorities have arranged the delivery of technical water.
