Port infrastructure in the Odessa region came under attack during the night of March 3, likely involving drones, the Ministry for Communities and Territories Development of Ukraine reported Tuesday morning.
According to the ministry, the strike caused damage to facilities within the port area, company buildings, and railway infrastructure. The blast wave damaged office premises of partner companies, and railway infrastructure inside the port was also affected.
Fires broke out in certain areas but were promptly extinguished by the enterprises themselves, the statement said. A dry cargo warehouse and road containers were damaged, and windows in administrative buildings were shattered. No casualties were reported.

Relevant services are working at the sites, information is being clarified, and the consequences of the attack are being assessed. A detailed inspection of the damage will be carried out during daylight hours, the ministry emphasized.
