The commission of the Kostiantynivka City Military Administration recognized 38 additional residential properties as destroyed over the past week alone, bringing the total number since the start of its work to 712.
This was reported by the Kostiantynivka City Military Administration.
“The administration continues active work on documenting destruction and ensuring housing rights for residents of our community whose homes were damaged by enemy shelling. Specialists of the relevant commission are working in an intensified mode to process each application so that people can receive state support as quickly as possible. According to inspection results, only over the past week (May 18–24, 2026), another 28 private houses and 10 apartment buildings were recognized as destroyed,” the statement said.
It is noted that compensation has been approved for 183 apartment owners (totaling 190 million UAH) and for 52 private homeowners (over 68 million UAH).
In total, since the commission began its work, 712 residential properties have been recognized as destroyed, including 505 private houses and 207 apartment buildings.
“Overall, our residents have already been issued 2,072 housing certificates for the purchase of new homes. The total amount of state-approved payments for affected residents of the Kostiantynivka community has already exceeded 3.1 billion hryvnias,” the administration added.
