On Friday, March 13, a Memorandum of Cooperation was signed at the Odesa Regional Development Agency between Agency Director Sergiy Kononenko and Ugo Poletti, co-founder of Ukraine Project Hub (UPH), a consulting firm assisting foreign companies interested in Ukrainian reconstruction projects.
Under Ukrainian law, regional agencies coordinate international investments and provide information support to foreign companies for Ukrainian reconstruction projects. To this end, the Odessa Regional Development Agency has created a project map across the region with the support of the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation and of the company Niras Sweden AB.
Using its partners' many years of experience working in Ukraine, Odessa-based UPH offers private companies support in the Ukrainian market, particularly in southern Ukraine, the Odessa, Mykolaiv, and Kherson regions, where there is a shortage of foreign export agencies and offices of large consulting firms.
This collaboration between the regional agency and the consulting firm aims to select local reconstruction and modernization projects based on the products and services offered by companies interested in developing projects in this part of the country bordering the Black Sea, which has suffered significant destruction due to Russian attacks.
