In Odessa region, port, energy, and industrial infrastructure were damaged as a result of a nighttime Russian attack.
This was reported by Head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper on Telegram.
There was damage on the premises of enterprises, with some equipment partially destroyed. Fires broke out at the sites but were promptly extinguished by emergency services.
“Unfortunately, one person was injured,” Kiper noted.
Due to the attack, power outages have been observed in some settlements. Critical infrastructure has been switched to backup power, and restoration work is ongoing.
