In Kherson, a new type of mine has been discovered, featuring electronic control and a combined effect, but externally resembling a piece of cloth.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson City Military Administration, Yaroslav Shanko.
“A new mine has been identified in Kherson. It looks like an object wrapped in cloth. Specialists are studying its characteristics. It is already known that this mine has electronic control and a combined effect. The enemy uses it both against people and equipment,” Shanko said.
He noted that the self-destruction time, if activated, is still unknown. It is strictly prohibited to approach the explosive object closer than 30 meters, touch it, or move it.
