The White House announced that U.S. First Lady Melania Trump has, for the fourth time, helped return kidnapped Ukrainian children to their families.
According to a statement reported, six Ukrainian minors currently in Russia will be reunited with their families in Ukraine.
The White House noted that a seventh Ukrainian child will return to their family later this month as part of the same reunification process.
“Reunifying children with their loved ones in this region of the world remains one of the most important global issues today. I am encouraged that both sides remain committed to ongoing cooperation, raising the safety and well-being of children above this abhorrent war,” Melania Trump added.
