He made the statement during a ceremonial event marking the 80th anniversary of the proclamation of the Italian Republic, reports Ukrinform.
Kyslytsia noted that Italy’s patronage of the reconstruction of Odessa and other cultural sites in Ukraine is not only politics, but also values in action.
According to the First Deputy Head of the Office of the President, Italy knows what it means to be reborn from ruins.
“We are grateful to Italy and personally to Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni for their consistent support of Ukraine,” Kyslytsia said.
