Russian forces struck passenger train No. 122 operating on the Kyiv–Mykolaiv route.
Ukrainian Railways reported this on Telegram.
“Today, train No. 122 Kyiv–Mykolaiv came under attack. Thanks to an advance warning from Ukrainian Railways’ monitoring team, the locomotive and train crews, as well as the passengers, were evacuated,” the company said.
Bus transfers are being arranged for passengers in cooperation with the Mykolaiv Regional Military Administration.
