Since the beginning of the full-scale war in Ukraine, 699 children have been killed and 2,457 children have been injured.
This was reported by the Juvenile Police of Ukraine on Telegram.
“As of April 16, 2026, according to official data, 3,156 children in Ukraine have become victims of the full-scale military aggression of the Russian Federation,” the statement says.
In particular, according to law enforcement data, 699 children have been killed and 2,457 children have sustained injuries of varying severity.
At the same time, it is emphasized that these figures are not final.
Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, the police have processed thousands of reports of missing children; 52,276 minors have been located and returned.
