Over the past 24 hours, Russian forces intensified their assaults across Ukraine, striking residential areas, civilian infrastructure, and key facilities. Multiple regions reported casualties, destruction of homes, and damage to public services and vehicles, underscoring the continuing scale and severity of the attacks.
Kherson Region
Four people were injured as Russian forces carried out drone strikes, air attacks, and artillery shelling across multiple settlements, including Berislav, Bilozerka, Antonivka, Vesele, Dniprovske, Kizomys, Kozatske, Mykolaivka, Novokairy, and Kherson city.
The attacks damaged five apartment buildings, seven private houses, a gas pipeline, and private vehicles.
Dnipropetrovsk Region
The Nikopol district was targeted by FPV drones and artillery.
Nikopol city and Pokrovske community were hit. No casualties were reported.
Damage primarily affected residential areas and transport infrastructure.
Zaporizhzhia Region
Russian forces conducted 766 strikes on 35 settlements, injuring two people.
Attacks included 19 airstrikes, 472 UAV strikes (mostly FPV drones), four MLRS strikes, and 271 artillery strikes.
Communities affected included Komyshuvakha, Veselianka, Novokasyanivka, Lyubitske, Trudove, Orikhiv, Hirke, Charivne, Dolynka, Vozdvyzhivka, Huliaipilske, Shyroke, Verkhniya Tersa, Myrne, and surrounding villages.
Damage reports included residential homes, vehicles, warehouses, administrative buildings, and other infrastructure, with 107 confirmed incidents.
Sumy Region
Four people, including a 13-year-old child, were injured in attacks on communities in Sumy, Shostka, and Okhtyrka districts.
In Sumy city, a 60-year-old woman and a 13-year-old child were wounded.
In Seredyna-Buda, a 47-year-old woman and a 60-year-old man were injured.
Several residential homes, a hotel, a car wash, vehicles, and power lines were damaged. Investigations into war crimes have been launched.
Donetsk Region
Russian attacks killed six civilians and injured 19.
Three people were killed in Druzhkivka and three in Kramatorsk. 17 people were wounded in Druzhkivka and two in Kramatorsk.
Total casualties in Donetsk now stand at 4,071 killed and 8,966 injured, excluding Mariupol and Volnovakha.
Kharkiv Region
Russian forces attacked Kharkiv city and 12 other settlements.
In Kharkiv city, an 80-year-old woman and a 10-year-old girl were injured.
Attacks involved two guided aerial bombs, seven Geran-2 drones, two Molniya drones, one FPV drone, and 36 other UAVs. Damage in the city included five apartment buildings, five vehicles, and power lines.
Additional damage occurred in Borova (Izium district), Budy (Kharkiv district), Lozova, and Chuhuiv district, affecting schools, private houses, farm buildings, and power lines.
Poltava Region
In the morning of March 3, debris from Russian drones caused injuries to four people in Poltava district.
Nearby buildings were damaged, and emergency services are on site providing assistance.
