The company Hanse Agri Ukraine plans to implement a large-scale investment project in Lviv region, including building a grain elevator and a processing plant for oilseeds and niche crops.
This was reported by the website of the Brody City Territorial Community.
The logistics hub will feature modern equipment for drying and cleaning grain, with total silo storage capacity exceeding 80,000 m³.
The production unit will focus on producing cold-pressed and hot-pressed oil, as well as oilcakes.
The plant will be able to process up to 300 tons of raw materials per day. The project includes a full processing cycle, from oil filtration to pelletizing processing waste. Railway tracks will be reconstructed and warehouses built for product shipment.
A key feature of the complex will be energy independence. Solar power plants and energy storage systems will be installed on the rooftops, and a gas-fired cogeneration unit will provide heat and electricity for the facility.
This approach will allow the plant to operate steadily year-round and create dozens of new jobs.
