The European Commission has presented an information booklet, Facilitating EU-Ukraine Business Cooperation, which brings together the main tools and resources available to support cooperation between Ukrainian businesses and European partners, according to the press service of Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy and Environment.
The booklet was presented on July 7 during the strategic session From Pipeline to Country Roadmap: Mobilising EU Businesses and Member State Institutions for Investments in Ukraine at the Ukrainian House in Brussels.
One of the key instruments is the Enterprise Europe Network (EEN), the world’s largest support network for small and medium-sized enterprises. It helps companies enter international markets, find business partners, develop supply chains and integrate into the EU Single Market. The network brings together 560 partner organizations in more than 55 countries and around 3,000 business advisers.

Focus Group Ukraine — monthly online meetings organized by the European Commission that bring together representatives of the public and private sectors and business networks.
European Clusters Alliance (ECA) — an association of cluster organizations representing their interests at the European and international levels.
European Cluster Collaboration Platform (ECCP) — a European online platform designed to foster cluster cooperation and help organizations find partners.
European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) — centers providing practical support for business digitalization.
Ukraine Investment Framework (UIF) — the investment component of the Ukraine Facility, aimed at mobilizing investment for Ukraine’s recovery and development and expanding access to financing for Ukrainian businesses.
In June, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) and the EU expanded their support program for Ukrainian businesses. Under the new package, companies will be able to access up to €2 billion in financing through EBRD partner banks, backed by an additional €315 million in EU support.
