On the night of April 8, Russian forces attacked the south of the Odessa region with strike drones.
The head of the Odesa Regional State Administration, Oleh Kiper, reported this on Telegram. He said that overnight the enemy once again attacked southern Odessa region with strike UAVs.
Civilian and port infrastructure were damaged. A warehouse building and a utility structure were partially destroyed. The fires have been extinguished.
No information about fatalities or injuries has been reported so far, Kiper emphasized.
From late night until morning, the Izmail area was attacked by about 40 Shaheds. Mostly, all targeted the port infrastructure.
