Warsaw will not support any decision that contradicts Ukraine’s interests in the context of the Abu Dhabi negotiations.

This was stated by Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk during a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky in Kyiv on Friday, according to a correspondent from Ukrinform.

Tusk emphasized that he has long repeated the principle: “Nothing about Ukraine without Ukraine.”

Therefore, as negotiations take place in Abu Dhabi and discussions continue on conditions of peace acceptable to Ukraine, Poland will ensure that these conditions are truly acceptable for Ukraine.

“Poland will definitely not accept or support any decision that contradicts Ukraine’s interests in the context of peace talks. I am confident that we will also be able to convince all partners so that no one in Europe even thinks of forcing Ukraine into a position that goes against its interests and security. Because this means, and I have always said it, and today I repeat: a safe Ukraine is a safe Poland,” the Polish Prime Minister stressed.
