On the night of April 5–6, 2026, specialists from the Department of Active Operations of Ukraine’s Main Intelligence Directorate disabled the “Slavyanin” — the last railway ferry of the occupying army in the Kerch Strait that was still afloat — using UAV strikes.
The “Slavyanin” played an important role in supplying the Russian military contingent in occupied Crimea with fuel, weapons, military equipment, and ammunition.

It is worth noting that in March of this year, Defence Intelligence special forces disabled another Russian railway ferry, the “Avangard,” and inflicted damage on the “Slavyanin.”
