I want to support one of Comrade Shoigu's demands – the protection of the rights of Russian-speaking citizens.
I propose that we immediately begin protecting them in the state where intolerable conditions for the existence of Russians and Russian speakers have been created – the Russian Federation.
I call upon official Russian data for help. They are not even shy about it! From this, one can conclude that the oppression of Russians is state policy in Russia.
Proof:
1. Russia consists of over 80 federal subjects, including:
- National republics (21),
- Krais (9),
- Autonomous districts (4),
- Autonomous oblast (one, Jewish),
- Federal cities (Moscow, St. Petersburg),
- Regular oblasts (46).
The "national republics" of the unknown to science Donetsk, Luhansk, and Crimean peoples are not included here, nor are other occupied territories of Ukraine.
2.In the federal subjects (republics, autonomous districts, oblasts, krais), where a distinct national element is present, the proportion of titular non-Russian nationalities ranges from 96.5% (Chechnya) to 0.6% (Jewish Autonomous region). In the federal cities and regular oblasts, Russians and Russian speakers are in total dominance.
3. According to Russian statistics for 2024 (which reflect trends from previous years), we observe the following demographic picture:
In national republics – population growth in 9 (43%) out of 21.
In autonomous districts – population growth in 4 out of 4 (100%).
In krais – population growth in 3 out of 9 (33.33%).
In the Jewish Autonomous Oblast (where 98% of the population is Russian) – decline.
In federal cities – growth in Moscow, a formal decrease in St. Petersburg (50%).
In regions – population growth only in 4 (8.7%) out of 46: Kaliningrad, Leningrad, Moscow, and Tyumen. In the rest, there is a decrease.
However, in Tyumen, the growth is due to the inclusion of the Yamal-Nenets and Khanty-Mansi autonomous districts. Without them – a decrease. That is, population growth de facto only in 3 (6.5%) out of 46 oblasts!
Summary: According to Russian statistics, the demographic situation in the Russian regions of the Russian Federation is significantly worse than in the national non-Russian regions.
In Russian regions, almost everywhere there is a decrease. In some national regions, there is a decline due to the poor demographic situation among the Russians.
This cannot be a coincidence or an exception – this is policy.
These are not speculations – everything can be verified on official Russian resources.
A clear proof that Russians and Russian speakers need protection from the main enemy – the Russian government. Everywhere, in all countries.
If anyone wishes to adopt Russian theses, simply show them Russian statistics.
