Seventeen people, including three children, were injured in a Russian attack on Odessa on the night of September 3, according to the National Police of Ukraine.
A Russian projectile struck a 21-storey residential building, damaging 20 apartments between the 10th and 17th floors, as well as vehicles.


Police are working at the scene, documenting the consequences of the Russian war crime, collecting evidence, interviewing witnesses, providing assistance and maintaining public order.
