On the night of April 14 (from 18:00 on April 13), Russian forces attacked Ukraine with four Kh-59/69 guided air-launched missiles from temporarily occupied areas of the Donetsk region, as well as 129 strike UAVs, including Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types of drones launched from Kursk, Oryol, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk in Russia, as well as temporarily occupied Donetsk and Chauda in occupied Crimea. About 90 of them were Shahed drones.
The air attack was repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, unmanned systems units, and mobile fire groups of Ukraine’s Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data as of 08:00, air defense systems shot down or suppressed one guided missile and 114 UAVs, including Shahed, Gerbera, Italmas, and other types of drones, in the north, south, and east of the country.
Hits by 12 strike UAVs were recorded at eight locations, as well as debris from downed drones falling at five locations.
Information regarding three missiles is being clarified.
