Russian forces once again attacked port infrastructure in the Odessa region overnight into Monday, damaging a civilian vessel and injuring four people, according to Odesa Regional Military Administration head Oleh Kiper.
“Last night, the enemy once again attacked the port infrastructure of the Odessa region. A civilian vessel sailing under the flag of the Republic of Togo was damaged. Unfortunately, four people were injured,” he wrote on Telegram.
According to Kiper, three of the injured were hospitalized, with one in serious condition. All are receiving the necessary medical care.
The attack also caused fires, which have since been completely extinguished.
