Russian attacks across several Ukrainian regions over the past day have left civilians dead and injured, while damaging homes, infrastructure, and public facilities, according to Ukrainian officials.

In the Kharkiv region, Russian forces launched overnight drone strikes on several communities, injuring a 39-year-old woman. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, drones struck the Zolochiv, Malynivka, and Velykyi Burluk communities, as well as the city of Kharkiv. The attacks triggered several fires and damaged infrastructure and private homes. While firefighters were extinguishing the blazes, Russian forces carried out two additional strikes. A fire engine was damaged, though rescuers were not injured.

In the Kherson region, one person was killed and 23 others were injured, including a child, regional governor Oleksandr Prokudin said. Dozens of settlements across the region came under drone attacks, airstrikes, and artillery shelling. The strikes damaged four apartment buildings, ten private houses, a warehouse, a shuttle bus, and several official and private vehicles.

Russian forces also attacked the Nikopol and Synelnykove districts of the Dnipropetrovsk region more than ten times using drones and artillery. According to regional authorities, two people—a man and a woman—were injured and hospitalized in moderate condition after strikes on the Mykolaivka community. Enterprises and apartment buildings were damaged in the Nikopol and Marhanets communities, while fires broke out in a private house and an outbuilding in the Synelnykove district.

In the Sumy region, Russian troops struck 24 settlements over the past day using guided aerial bombs, attack drones, FPV drones, artillery, and mortars, according to the National Police of Ukraine. Communities in the Sumy, Shostka, and Konotop districts came under attack. In the Shostka community, Russian forces targeted a district police department, leaving more than 40 police officers with minor injuries. Administrative buildings, apartment blocks, private homes, and police vehicles were damaged. Residential buildings were also damaged in the Hlukhiv and Znob-Novhorodske communities.

In the Chernihiv region, a child was killed after a Russian drone fell on a residential property in the Koriukivka district overnight. The strike caused a fire that destroyed a house and an outbuilding. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, the victim was a girl born in 2010. Her parents were injured and hospitalized, while emergency psychologists provided assistance to six people affected by the attack.

Meanwhile, Russian forces carried out 780 strikes on 42 settlements in the Zaporizhzhia region over the past day, regional governor Ivan Fedorov said. Fifteen people were injured in attacks on the city of Zaporizhzhia and surrounding areas. The strikes included 29 air attacks, 449 drone strikes—mostly FPV drones—five attacks using multiple launch rocket systems, and nearly 300 artillery strikes.

Authorities recorded 155 reports of damage to homes, infrastructure, and vehicles. In Zaporizhzhia itself, 87 residential buildings were damaged in a previous strike, including 75 private houses and 12 apartment blocks in the Shevchenkivskyi and Kosmichnyi districts. Emergency services continue to work at the affected sites.
