NIBULON has signed a memorandum on the establishment of a consortium called the Agency for Humanitarian Demining of Ukrainian Waters.
The consortium also includes Admiral Makarov National University of Shipbuilding, the International Club of Business People NGO and the West-East Group, which specialises in engineering and technological solutions, according to the agricultural holding’s press service.
“The joint work will include humanitarian demining of water areas, the development of technological solutions, scientific research and innovation, the implementation of standards, personnel training, as well as the implementation of international projects,” the company said.
For NIBULON, participation in the consortium is a continuation of its work in humanitarian demining. In 2025, the company and DEG Impulse began training specialists in the demining of water areas. In July this year, the holding received the relevant certification.
According to Vsevolod Petrovskyi, Head of Humanitarian Demining at NIBULON, the partnership aims to develop the infrastructure and expertise needed to improve community safety, restore navigation and support Ukraine’s economic recovery.
