A construction company from Rivne has won a tender for work on a waste processing plant on Plastova Street in Lviv, according to ZAXID.NET.

Data from Ukraine’s Prozorro public procurement system shows that CS Group Montazh LLC won the tender for construction work at the facility.

The auction began on September 2, 2026, with CS Group Montazh the only bidder. The company submitted an offer of UAH 92.68 million, compared with an estimated contract value of UAH 95.54 million.

The contractor is required to complete all work by July 1, 2027. An agreement between the contracting authority, municipal company Zelene Misto, and CS Group Montazh has not yet been signed.

CS Group Montazh was registered in Rivne in 2013 and specialises in the construction of residential and non-residential buildings. The company is owned by local residents Oleh Yakymiuk and Dmytro Struk.

According to ZAXID.NET, the company regularly participates in public procurement tenders, with state nuclear energy company Energoatom among its largest customers.

The total value of contracts awarded to the company through Prozorro exceeds UAH 900 million, including projects involving the reconstruction and modernisation of energy facilities.

Construction of the waste processing plant on Plastova Street in Lviv began in September 2021. The project is valued at approximately €35 million and is financed by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), international donors and the Lviv municipal budget.

In April 2026, Lviv terminated its contract with Polish contractor Control Process S.A., which had been building the plant, following repeated violations and delays.
