More than 60 ambassadors and representatives of foreign countries and international organizations visited the Darnytska CHP in Kyiv, which has suffered massive attacks by Russia, Vice Prime Minister for Reconstruction and Minister for Communities and Territories Development, Oleksiy Kuleba, reported on Telegram.
“Today, more than 60 ambassadors and representatives of foreign countries and international organizations saw the destruction at the Darnytska CHP in Kyiv, which has been subjected to massive attacks by Russia. This is a critical piece of civilian infrastructure—not a military target, not a defense facility. The CHP provides heat to residential buildings, hospitals, and schools—serving hundreds of thousands of Kyiv residents,” the statement reads.

The Vice Prime Minister emphasized that the enemy deliberately struck during severe frosts, when heat is a basic survival need. International partners witnessed firsthand the real consequences of attacks on the energy sector and the daily work of emergency crews. While specialists work around the clock to restore damaged networks, the state is simultaneously strengthening the resilience of the system.
