Belarus continues to enable Russia to carry out strikes on Ukrainian territory. In particular, recent attacks on the Rivne, Volyn and Lviv regions were supported from Belarusian territory.
Andrii Demchenko, spokesperson for the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine, said this during a television broadcast.
“We see that Belarus continues to support the terrorist state, because even these air strikes targeting the Rivne, Volyn and Lviv regions were also effectively supported from the territory of Belarus,” Demchenko said.
He explained that the aerial weapons launched by Russia received signals through relay stations located in Belarus.
“Although, as before, we are not observing any build-up of strike forces near our border, in the immediate vicinity on Belarusian territory, the threat from Belarus nevertheless remains,” the State Border Guard Service spokesperson concluded.
