Seven civilians were injured in a massive Russian attack on Odessa and the surrounding region on the night of September 1.

The Odesa Regional Prosecutor’s Office reported this on Telegram.

“Seven people were injured as a result of the massive attack on Odessa region,” the statement said.

According to preliminary information from prosecutors, seven men aged between 32 and 72 were injured. They sustained injuries of varying severity, and four were hospitalised.

The attack damaged utility buildings and a garment workshop, while two private homes were partially destroyed.

Russian forces also attacked the Orlivka international ferry border crossing on the border with Romania.

The Prosecutor’s Office said Russian forces attacked civilian infrastructure in Odessa and the region overnight with attack drones, Banderol munitions, guided aerial bombs and missiles.
