The Odessa region came under a massive Russian missile and drone attack, with civilian infrastructure targeted. 23 people have been injured.
The head of the Odessa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, reported that 23 people are currently known to have been injured in the attack.

Rescuers, charitable organisations, municipal services and emergency teams are working at the affected sites. Residents of damaged buildings are receiving the necessary assistance, while shattered windows are being temporarily covered.
Psychologists are also working at the sites, and an emergency coordination centre has been established.
