Ukraine’s Ministry of Economy and Environment has approved state incentives totalling UAH 56 million for two industrial parks.

The funding will be allocated to:

  • ART PAK INDUSTRIAL Park (Khmelnytskyi region) — UAH 9.699 million for the construction of access roads to the industrial park;
  • KRONOSPAN RIVNE Industrial Park (Rivne region) — UAH 46.305 million for the development of energy infrastructure.

Following the latest decision, four industrial parks have received state incentives since the beginning of 2026 to implement four projects worth a total of UAH 152 million.

“State incentives are a practical tool that enables industrial park initiators and management companies to develop industrial infrastructure, attract investment and expand the processing industry. This gives the parks in Khmelnytskyi and Rivne regions an opportunity to launch new production facilities more quickly,” said Vitaliy Kindrativ, Deputy Minister of Economy and Environment of Ukraine.

Funding is provided on a 50/50 co-financing basis, or 20/80 for de-occupied and frontline territories, as well as for the restoration of infrastructure damaged by hostilities. Applications can be submitted through authorised banks, including Oschadbank, Ukreximbank and Ukrgasbank.

In addition to providing co-financing, recipients of state incentives undertake to commission at least 5,000 square metres of industrial real estate and attract at least two participating industrial enterprises within three years.

There are currently 123 registered industrial parks across almost all regions of Ukraine.

As of the end of 2025, 37 industrial enterprises had been built or were under construction in industrial parks. The total volume of investment attracted to industrial parks exceeds UAH 45 billion.

Industrial parks are part of Ukraine’s Made in Ukraine policy aimed at supporting domestic manufacturers.
